During the Gameboy Liveset I don’t use CDJ or some audio tracks as a base, I don’t even play Super Mario or Tetris! All you’re listening to, and all you’re gonna listen to is composed and played only with one Gameboy, thanks to a software called LSDJ. There’s no Vst or samples, no preset loops…
it’s just the Gameboy’s audio chip, screaming out loud.

Durante il Gameboy liveset non uso CDJ o piste audio come base , non gioco a super mario o tetris .
tutto quello che sentite e sentirete è composto e suonato con un solo Gameboy ,grazie ad un programma chiamato LSDJ . Non ci sono Vst o samples , non ci sono loops preimpostati… semplicemente il chip audio del Gameboy che grida come un matto !

We are an Italian duo playing electro, fidget & techno music composed and produced with a single Gameboy using LSDJ (Little Sound DJ). We don’t use vst or samples or preset loops. All music is composed, programmed and played by a 1989 Gameboy through its original Nintendo audio chipset. Our Gameboy Electro Raw & Gameboy Technopunk music is born within 8bit micromusic culture but is also influenced by rave electronic music and new millennium club music. During the Gameboy liveset “Buskerdroid VS Microman” project comes to life as a “ping pong set” live performance starting with electro than moving into a more aggressive and fat bass mood with full-beat rhytms ending into a vortex o mental techno with melodic hints.

After the “Micro-Tour 2009″ (26 concerts all over Europe) Buskerdroid VS Microman settled in Rome, Italy and got involved in events in the Italian capital and in France. French independent label “Da!Heard it Records” published their last work: LSDJ “Gameboy Love EP” by Buskerdroid available in Mp3-Wav for free download and CDr.

Buskerdroid VS Microman studio project comes to an end each musician following different path still heading towards the same direction.

Buskerdroid follows indieDance influences, produces official remixes of his most esteemed musicians and supports in Italian underground movement. In March 2011 Buskerdroid publishes an EP/Single with the new italian label “Sauroid Record“: “Gamma Ray Burst EP” (available in all digital stores and in CDr)

Microman works on an electro sound and publishes an EP with “Nodezero“, a label and collective based in Rome.During the following weeks he gets back to a break-core sound he experience in past years and shares his works with the new born “Shinobi Klan“, small italian label that publishes on bandcamp.

In 2012 a brand new work will be published: a CD(Split) with LSDJ of Buskerdroid VS Microman.
It will be available in CDr during Gameboy Livesets and online in Mp3-Wav.

Siamo un duo Italiano che propone musica electro , fidget & techno , composta e prodotta con 1 solo Gameboy grazie ad un software chiamato LSDJ (little sound dj). Non ci sono Vst o samples , non ci sono loops preimpostati , il tutto è composto , programmato e suonato da un Gameboy del 1989 sfruttando il chip audio originale della Nintendo . La nostra musica Gameboy Electro Raw & Gameboy Technopunk nasce dalla cultura micromusic , 8bit ma subbisce contaminazioni esterne dal mondo della musica elettronica da rave e da club del nuovo millenio. Durante il Gameboy liveset il progetto Buskerdroid VS Microman prende forma come un duo che propone una performance live con un “ping pong set” che parte con sonorità electro per passare in un mood più aggressivo con fat bass e ritmi pieni fino ad arrivare in un vortiche techno mentale con sfumature melodiche .

Dopo il “micro-tour 2009″ (26 concerti in Europa) Buskerdroid VS Microman si sono stabiliti a Roma ed hanno partecipato ad eventi nella capitale italiana e in Francia, paese che ospite l etichetta indipendente Da!Heard it Records che pubblica nel 2011 l utlimo lavoro con LSDJ di Buskerdroid “Gameboy Love EP” disponibile in free download formato Mp3-Wav e in formato CDr .

Il progetto Buskerdroid VS Microman in studio si divide , i due seguono strade differenti ma pur sempre parallele , collaborando con collettivi ed etichette Italiane e Internazionali .

Buskerdroid segue sonorità IndieDance – Nurave , produce remixes ufficiali di musicisti che stima e supporta nel ambito underground italiano e non , nel Marzo del 2011 pubblica un EP/Single con la nuova etichetta Italiana Sauroid Records “Gamma Ray Burst EP” disponibile in tutti i digital stores e in formato CDr .

Microman lavora ad un sound electro e pubblica un EP con Nodezero , collettivo ed etichetta del litorale di Roma. Nei mesi successivi rispolvera un sound break-core che lo riporta alla sperimentazioni degli anni passati e condivide il suo lavoro con la neonata Shinobi Klan , piccola etichetta italiana che pubblica su bandcamp.

Nel 2011/2012 sarà pronto un lavoro esclusivo , un CD(Split) con LSDJ di Buskerdroid VS Microman .
